LOGGER SETTINGS

<LOG_NAME>
　The name of the logger. If you don't want to give a name , a URL will do.

<LOG_MASTER>
　The name or ID of the super-administer/master.

<LOG_URL>
　The URL of the logger. Like : http://3ants.org.

<MASTER'S MAIL>
　The E-mail address of logger's master. It used to return the problems of the logger.

<TIME SET>
　Set the time offside with the server's time and local time.

<COPYRIGHT>
　The copyright of M-Blogger . Please do not change it!

<DISPLAY LOGS>
　The number of days of logs in the list of the index page!

<DISPLAY NEW COMMENTS>
　The number of new comments display in the index page!

<STYLE>
　The dir name of template. The wrong setting may cause a terrible fault!

<LANGUAGE>
　The language pack. The wrong setting may cause a terrible fault!

<DATE_FORMAT>
　Format a time or date of the logs.

<UPLOAD IMG>
　If "YES" is chosen, the logs can add with upload images. The types of the upload files is set as ".jpg", ".gif" and ".png". 
　Choose "NO" to forbid upload images.

<UPLOAD FILE>
　If "YES" is chosen, the logs can add with upload files. The types of the upload files is set as ".zip" and ".rar" for safety. 
　Choose "NO" to forbid upload files.

<UPLOAD SIZE>
　The size of upload files. One upload file must be smaller than it. Like : "30000" means 30000 bytes.

<ALLOW REGISTER>
　If "yes" is chosen , register the logger is allowed, else anyone can't register.

<REGISTER ADMIT>
　If "yes" is chosen , one can login only since admitted by administer, else one can't login even registered. 

<USE CACHE>
　The database of the logger is text files and is powered by TxtDb. TxtDb may run faster with cache enabled. 
　If the number of logs or users is large , suggest choose it as there is enough space of your site.

<GZIP OUTPUT>
　Logger may display faster with GZIP enabled output. 
　Suggest choose it for faster speed. 

<HTML INPUT>
　The Description of the log can be added or modifyed with HTML.

<ADD LOGS>
　One can add logs if he/her rank is higher than choose. Guests can't add logs!

<ADD COMMENT>
　One can add comments if he/her rank is higher than choose , also can include guest.
